Modernized platform blends leader’s new strategic direction with rich history in technology and corporate legal management solutions
Santa Monica, CA— Legal Suite combined its 15 years of experience, technological know-how and legal expertise to develop and release its new software: GaLexy.

Introducing a fresh new user interface, GaLexy capitalizes on the success of its predecessor as it offers a suite of a-la-carte modules for every corporate legal department to excel, both as a team and a business partner.

From that perspective, one of the key additions to the platform itself is an integrated and interactive collaborative portal that promotes exchanges and communication between the corporate legal team and its internal clients, and/or between the corporate legal team and outside counsel, within a private, interactive and organized space. In a nutshell, the portal allows sharing information in real time on a dedicated and secure online area.

“GaLexy is an impressive software tool”, says Cyril Gambis, Head of Research and Development at Legal Suite. “The end product truly reflects both our technical and corporate legal management expertise. Based on our customers’ feedbacks and use, the specifications helped improve GaLexy’s interface while adding new features. The end result is a user-friendly platform that allows legal departments to do more with fewer clicks”.

GaLexy offers a multitude of advanced and smart functionalities to better manage enterprise legal activity. It was unveiled at the Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting which was held in Los Angeles at the end of October.
