The ALDO Group is present in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland as well as in 60 franchised countries by the end of 2011. ALDO Shoes is first established as a footwear concession inside a popular Montreal based clothing retailer, in 1972. The ALDO group inc. banner exists only since 2005 and today regroups other popular shoe retailer brand names such as Little Burgundy, Spring and Locale. ALDO specializes in the creation of high-quality fashion footwear, leather goods and accessories.

For almost 10 years, they have chosen to trust Legal Suite to manage their intellectual and contractual assets.
In 2009, Legal Suite developed a customized module adapted to the Group's specific needs. This is the creation of a report gathering all the information related to ALDO franchise agreements worldwide.
