Thierry Mallat
CEO & Co-Founder of Legal Suite
An engineer by training, Thierry Mallat started his career as an engineer, and later worked as an assistant project manager at Norwich Union, Air Inter, Transpac, Sextant avionique, Dassault avionique, Ato Fina Elf, Gan, Kraft Foods, and Philip Morris. At just 26 years old, he created his own IT services company with a team of consultants specialized in relational database management systems. In 1998, Patrick Deleau and Thierry Mallat joined forces to create the very first modular software package applying new technologies to the law.
Lionel Schwirtz
Deputy CEO
A graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris, Lionel Schwirtz has held several executive and operational positions at Diagma, a publisher of supply chain software packages, and at SAP over the last six years. Lionel Schwirtz joined Legal Suite in September 2011 to implement the strategic plan. He is in charge of the Group's international development.
Véronique Couchoux
Chief Technical Officer
Consulting, auditing, management tool design: Véronique Couchoux has spent most of her career working for major corporates. She joined Legal Suite in 2001 to integrate our software package, after which she managed our projects. Appointed to the Operations Department in 2006 to support the company’s very strong growth, she now heads the Group’s Technical Department.
Carla Hégly
Chief Commercial And Marketing Officer
With two Master’s degrees in Law from Université Panthéon ASSAS, Carla Hégly developed her career in the market finance industry, heading the sales divisions of major international groups for more than 15 years. She joined Legal Suite in 2016 as CCO to confirm and continue the commercial development of Legal Suite EMEA, and later at Group level, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of her goals.
Christine Simon
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
With DECF and DESS degrees in Accounting, Control and Audit, Christine Simon has been working in the administrative and financial departments of SMEs in the software sector for more than 20 years. She started her career in 1992 at SYSTEMS UNION, a publisher of management software packages, before joining DENY ALL in 2004, a publisher of Website security solutions. As Group Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at LEGAL SUITE, she is responsible in particular for providing business direction to the Financial and Administrative Department, and for supporting LEGAL SUITE’s international development.”
Corporate Legal Department Manager
Mathilde Lefèvre is a graduate of Université de Droit Paris 2 – Panthéon Assas and holds a master's degree in international law and a postgraduate diploma (master II) in sociology of law. She joined the company in 2007 as a legal consultant and trainer. For four years, she conducted training on the use of Legal Suite software for the company's customers and partners and provided functional legal assistance alongside the project teams. She then joined the legal department in 2011 as a lawyer. Since 2014, she has served as the corporate legal department manager, in charge of business law. Her main duties include defining and implementing a corporate contract policy, conducting negotiations with prospects and customers, and ensuring and protecting the company's legal interests (insurance, IP, legal assistance, etc.).
Research & Development Director
An engineer by training, Alexandre Monod-Broca has 15 years of experience in software publishing in a variety of environments (financial markets, HRIS), giving him the opportunity to apply his technical and product strategy, team management, and international project management expertise. He joined Legal Suite's Research & Development division in 2017 to support its strategy and develop its agility by capitalizing on a team of experts and powerful software.
