The Legal Department controls the content of the documents library, by creating, structuring and updating each template in order to ensure a coherent contractual policy.
SHARE:
Directly accessible through the intranet by authorized users, lawyers or not, this library of templates is organized by category (e.g. distribution agreements, labour contracts, computer projects, leases, corporate documents, litigation documents, property management or losses management, etc.)
SECURE:
The software helps you manage rights of access, checks the compatibility between clauses and indicates any modification without authorized access. These measures are in place in order to minimize legal risks.
