In the mid 90’s, in response to the lack of adequate tools for his legal department and perceiving the emergence of an unexposed market, Patrick Deleau, General Counsel of a European engineering firm, created the first modules of the Legal Suite Software. He decided to associate with Thierry Mallat, a computer engineer, to develop the Legal Suite.
